National Owner Panel Keynote – Kevin Antonelli

Infrastructure and Construction Management Lead, Google Kevin is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of design quality assurance, infrastructure and construction for Google’s Development of district infrastructure and ground up projects. He oversees the EH&S and bulk sourcing programs, along with union collaboration, contract management and prequalification and management of General and Subcontractors, Architects and Engineers.

National Owner Panel Keynote – Terri Gosine

Terri Gosine is the Director of Integrated Infrastructure Services at Edmonton Public Schools, a public school division in Alberta, Canada. Terri was instrumental in bringing integrated project delivery to Edmonton Public Schools. To date her team has completed seven IPD new build projects. The Division has also completed a $6 million IPD project to provide small maintenance upgrades at 13 schools. Following this success, they are currently tendering 3 more projects at 30 schools across the Division.

James Pease is the Executive Director of Design and Construction for UCSF Health. He leads teams using Lean Integrated Project Delivery for complex capital projects. James is a licensed general contractor and past chairman of the LCI NorCal CoP. He is the executive editor of LeanIPD.com and has a BS in Management Science from UC, San Diego.

National Owner Panel Moderator – Victor Sanvido

Senior Vice President at Southland Industries
As a senior vice president, Victor Sanvido is responsible for delivering engineering-led, integrated lean project delivery services to end users in Southland’s target markets. With an emphasis on lean design and lean construction techniques, he has been instrumental in developing integrated teams for a variety of healthcare clients. Formerly a professor of architectural engineering at Penn State University, Dr. Sanvido has written over 100 publications and remains an active leader of several industry organizations.

Phoenix Owner Panel Keynote – Steve Eiss

Steve Eiss is VP of Construction & Real Estate for Northern Arizona Healthcare. In this role he oversees Development & Construction, Facilities Operations and Real Estate for the system. He is a graduate of the Arizona State School of Architecture and has spent his entire career in healthcare development including multiple large scale tower expansion and campus remodels in the AZ market.

Phoenix Owner Panel Keynote – Perry Hyder

October 20, 9:05AM - 9:50AM Perry is VP & General Manager for the Construction & Facilities Supply Chain at Intel Corporation. His group is responsible for global facilities, construction and real estate sourcing, supply chain planning & procurement. A 24-year Intel veteran, Perry has held various leadership and managerial positions in FMS, Corporate Services Construction and Finance. Prior to Intel, Perry was a corporate controller for an electrical & mechanical contractor and a payroll/cost analyst for Leviton® Manufacturing. He currently resides in Arizona.

Phoenix Owner Panel Keynote – Aaron Zeligman

Aaron Zeligman is a Project Executive in Facility Services for Banner Health. He leads a team that oversees development, design, and construction of Inpatient & Ambulatory Healthcare facilities primarily in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. This has included large scale IPD style campus expansions, new Medical Office Buildings, and annual renewal of equipment & infrastructure. His background in construction and passion for improving the healing environment has led to an adoption of lean practices in a challenging time for healthcare.

Natasha has been in the design and construction industry since 2002 focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection projects in Nevada, Southern California and Phoenix. She has experience building hospitals, new casinos, high rise construction, tenant improvements, data centers, and central plants.
