Open for business! Registration is open.

Hello all, it is that time of year again! With all of the planning and preparation for this year’s LCI Congress event, we here at LCI are happy to announce that registration is now open! This year the event will be held in beautiful and sunny Phoenix, Arizona at the Phoenix Convention Center from the dates of October 19-22. Phoenix is a beautiful city and is no stranger to the innovation of architecture and design. Historically, Native Americans built an irrigation system of over 135 miles long to bring water to the dry desert area which helped aided in cultivation. Over the years, Phoenix has expanded into a gleaming utopia of success with its busy city and vast infrastructures which help the population grow. Phoenix offers a variety of activities and different aspects of culture with diverse restaurants and plenty of beautiful trails and parks which help one capture the beauty of this sacred land.

Lodging information can be found on our website under Venue and Lodging. There are plenty of hotels in the downtown area where the convention center is located which makes for ease of access to attend. We are also happy to announce that after a long year of covid induced restrictions we are able to have the event in-person. To help celebrate and break in this year’s event, on October 18th, 2021, we are hosting an LCI congress golf tournament at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. There are sponsorship opportunities and a competitive contest with prizes and awards to help keep it a fun and interesting event!

After a fun day in the sun, beginning on October 19th, the real fun begins. The interactive workshops and presentations will begin at 8:00 am. Throughout the Congress event, there are 70 plus presentations to choose from as well as lunch, and networking breaks built into the schedule. They are spaced out throughout the days of the Congress event to help enhance knowledge and understandings of the Lean practice in the design and construction industry.  The core program will take place on Wednesday and Thursday. For those interested in the learning day sessions, they will take place on Tuesday with an added-on cost. The core program will feature two speakers, opening with Dennis Doran on Tuesday and closing with General (R) Stanley McChyrstal. The knowledge, skills, and industry experience that these individuals posse hold true to our Lean principles, and we are happy to have them aboard!

This year’s event is loaded with sponsorship opportunities. We have over 34 sponsorships which we are extremely thankful to have a part of this informational event. The sponsorships will be seen all over the Congress event which will help people understand more about affiliated partnerships and it will be a great networking opportunity. To learn more about the sponsorships for this event, we have them listed on our LCI webpage.
