I anticipate the knowledge-sharing of LCI Congress each year. As an experienced Lean practitioner, I walk away with lessons not only from the many compelling featured sessions, but from the quality time spent with fellow Lean experts, as well as members of the design community, owners, trade partners and general contractors.
There is nothing quite like the collaboration that takes place at LCI Congress. It’s an environment ripe with opportunities to engage with colleagues who share my interest in Lean and gain a better understanding of how each piece of our collective puzzle works together.
Gaining the perspectives of peers who play a different role in projects but share my passion for Lean enriches my awareness of the importance of each step in the process and ensures I make decisions that increase the efficiency of our firm’s projects across the country.
