Jim Kelly is a Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback who played his entire career with the Buffalo Bills and took them to four consecutive Super Bowl appearances, a feat that is still unmatched by any one else! Jim’s induction speech during his Hall of Fame ceremony is known as one of the most moving and memorable given by any inductee.

LCI is honored to have Jim as our closing Key Note speaker. He will share his life story of overcoming debilitating obstacles with his personal insights on teamwork, leadership, parenting a special needs child, his battle with cancer and what it means to be “Kelly Tough”. His story is truly one of “Perseverance”.
